Charlotte, North Carolina

Since I have to get my annual security fix, I am selling in Charlotte for 3 weeks before Ry starts his internship this summer in Vegas. We are having soooo much fun that I never want to leave! It is absolutely beautiful, selling is awesome, and I am loving the southern hospitality. We have been swimming, hiking, picnicking, you name it. We are just so glad to be out of Utah and in some warm weather with some greenery around us. And our boys are having a blast too:)

Hoogle Zoo

For cousin McCall's 2nd birthday we got to go to the zoo! It was perfect because the night before Talmage woke up at 2am crying because he "Wanted to go to the zoo and see giraffes, then go to Grandma Julie's house". The crazy thing was we didn't even tell him that we were going. It was meant to be. He had a blast running for 3 hours straight and Ry was nice and tired by the end from having to run after him, he seriously is in better shape than we are! Thanks Jamie for the fun party!!

Our little-ist munchkin

So Luke is just a complete angel. He is soo happy all the time and could literally be classified as the perfect baby. He is super chill- I drag him to all of Talmage's social events and he'll just sleep in his carrier if he's tired (Even with 20 kids running around) or just play with his toys. When he is on the ground he is rolling and trying to crawl but when you hold him he just curls up to you and cuddles. He loves being held and it's our favorite thing to do with him. We feel so lucky to have him in our family.

Baby Showers and Birthdays

Since all my friends and I like to party, we do it often. We had a pink party at a restaurant for Brooke's baby shower and everyone's April bdays, complete with party favors. It was tons of fun.

"MBA Allstars"

So I was the team captain of our MBA spouse association bball team (MBA Allstars) and it has been such a fun season. We just had our last game and I was really bummed it had to end, but I am looking forward to football in the fall. Sure love these girls.

Talmage Turns 3!

Our little munchkin turned 3 on March 10th. The festivities included Disney on Ice, a park day with friends, and a bday family dinner. He said, "this is the best birthday ever" repeatedly so we think he had fun. Ry and I decorated the downstairs with birthday stuff and his presents so when he came downstairs it was all festive, and there were birthday grits and eggs. He really liked seeing Buzz and Woody at Disney on Ice and was fighting back tears when it was over. "I'm so sad they are leaving" as he was waving goodbye. His favorite part of the bday dinner was probably playing soccer and having a balloon fight with his cousins. We love you little man and are so happy that you were born into our family. Luke

Luke is 4 months now and rolls all over the place and just started scooting- he will probably be crawling soon. He is a little angel, happy all the time and probably the most talkative 4 -month old ever. He jabbers all day and loves pulling on all his toys and putting them in his mouth. He is 16 1/2 lbs. and 26 inches long. He no longer likes to be in swings, bouncers, or anything that restrains him so I just put blankets all over the house with toys on them and move him from room to room. My mom's older brother Steve came up for a visit from Santa Barbara and we got some cute pics of them in their rooms with him- thanks for coming Steve, it was so fun to see you and Talmage loved playing with you!
